Bio
Louis Garbrecht is an attorney practicing in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, specializing in Social Security Disability claims and catastrophic on-the-job injuries. He graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in economics, and completed his juris doctorate at the University of Denver. He has been admitted to practice in Idaho since 1975
and is admitted to practice in the federal
courts, the United States Court of Appeals
for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States
Supreme Court. Mr. Garbrecht is a long-time
member of the National Organization of
Social Security Claimant Representatives
(NOSSCR), and was president of the Idaho
State Bar section on Commercial Law and
bankruptcy; voted one of the two best
attorneys in Spokane/Coeur d' Alene for 2005.
Mr. Garbrecht has handled thousands of
Social Security Disability cases, including several
appeals to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in
San Francisco, California.
